Structure: hot-worked and quenched
Metallographic description: Only islands of metal remain in this bangle fragment. In some areas there are numerous small bits of alpha metal in a sea of corrosion product, in other areas, somewhat less corroded, one can see martensitic needles and grain boundaries in the dark (gamma?)matrix, as well as a (beta?) halo around the alpha particles. A high-tin beta martensite.
