Metallographic Description

Fine equiaxed grains, with numerous strain lines and annealing twins. There are many strain cracks into the interior, and the grains are considerably smaller on the outer edges than in the interior, indicating some work on the edge. But the grains are undistorted, so the final work was not extensive. Worked, annealed, worked. This cycle may have been repeated several times.
